Attractive Careers in Research: the Expectations & Roles of Different Stakeholder Groups

This report summarises the key messages and perspectives gathered during a two-part workshop on 4 and 5 November 2024 to explore the common and different expectations for careers in research by various stakeholder groups.

It also highlights a series of potential actions that will be discussed further by the Science Europe Task Force on Research Careers, who will prepare a set of recommendations for action by Science Europe Member Organisations and research organisations more broadly, in 2025.
